Grown without chemicals and fully washed before decaffeination, it’s crafted from classic varietals—Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra—that trace their lineage back to Ethiopia.

Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical-free method, this coffee retains the rich character of its origin. Expect smooth notes of cocoa powder, granola, molasses, and nuttiness, all wrapped in a gentle acidity. With 99.9% of caffeine removed but the full flavor intact, it’s decaf that truly tastes like coffee.
